We may release additional apps or web services under Roysoft. When we do, we will update this list and the effective date above.

2. Information We Collect

• Optional Information: Name (if provided voluntarily).
• Automatically Collected Information: Device identifiers, app usage data, and crash logs.
• We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (COPPA compliant).

3. Purpose of Data Collection

We use your information for:

• Providing and improving app services.
• User authentication and account management.
• Responding to customer inquiries.

4. Data Retention

• Data is retained only as long as necessary to provide our services.
• When you delete your account or request deletion, your personal data is erased promptly.

5. User Rights

You may request at any time:

• Access to your data.
• Correction of inaccurate data.
• Deletion of your data.
• To opt out of data processing where applicable (CCPA for California residents).

6. Account Deletion

Users may request permanent deletion of their account and associated personal data for any service listed in Section 1 (web or mobile) at any time.

To request account deletion, email admin@roysoft.co.kr from the email address linked to your account (or explain in your message if you no longer have access). Please include:

• The app or service name (e.g., Lucky AI Lotto, AI POWERBALL, Go Home Calculator)
• Your registered email or in-app nickname, if applicable
• A clear statement that you want your account and personal data deleted

We will verify your identity and process the request. Once verified, we permanently delete your account and personal data within 30 days, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Deleted accounts cannot be restored.

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including encryption, secure storage, and limited access by authorized staff.

Our services are intended for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
